As a solo veterinary practitioner for 37 years I needed help finding a way to sell my practice and building. I had heard and seen first hand stories of solo veterinary practitioners not being able to find a buyer so they just close the doors one day. My goal was to sell to an individual and not a large corporation or private equity firm. When I shared my goals with some brokers they told me it would be very difficult for a solo practitioner and I may just have to sell my equipment and close the business. Both Sheila and Karen are exceptional people. They delivered so much more than they needed to in order to help us. They are honest and so hard working! They are intelligent and know their profession backwards and forward. They were always easy to reach when we needed them. We owe a lot to them. "I recently sold my small but well established 1 1/2 doctor veterinary practice largely due to the skill and expertise of Sheila Fitzpatrick of VP Vet Advisors.
